Clinical Research Trials The Center for Nutrition and Metabolism is actively engaged in clinical research trials led by Principal Investigator doctor Raymond Plodkowski and Senior Research Coordinator Jolyn Wirshing, MPH, RD. The clinical trials often involve promising medications for weight loss and diabetes. We are currently taking names to create an interest list for participation in research studies.
